Project Management e Start up sono termini che
non vengono spesso accostati. Quando si parla di
start up spesso ci si focalizza sull’idea di business,
sulla strategia, sulle caratteristiche dell’imprenditore,
sulla necessità di essere rapidi, flessibili, di cogliere al
volo le opportunità che si presentano. In questo
scenario, il project management è o sconosciuto
oppure visto con diffidenza, infatti, pianificare spesso
viene interpretato come rallentare e rendere meno
flessibili. In realtà, la nostra esperienza di “start-
upper” ci porta a dire esattamente il contrario: se
