Antonio L’articolo presenta un progetto di realizzazione di un
Molinari ospedale pediatrico a Port Sudan, in Sudan. Sono esposti
i dettagli di progetto, le fasi di realizzazione, i vincoli e gli
IPMA Level D stakeholder coinvolti. Vengono poi introdotte alcune
Project Manager - tecniche di Project Management (PM) che si suggerisce
Cofely Contracting di introdurre per la conduzione di questa tipologia di
Italia progetti in contesti operativi (paesi in via di sviluppo).
Infine, si espone, come tema di riflessione, l’introduzione
dell’insegnamento del PM come percorso di formazione
dei manager locale, volto a incrementare lo sviluppo
locale e a migliorare la cooperazione con professionalità
dei paesi a economie sviluppate.

The article introduces a project of Engineering,
Procurement and Construction of a pediatrics hospital at
Port Sudan, Sudan. In the first part, the author presents the
project details, the project phases and constraints, and
the stakeholders involved. Then, some Project
Management (PM) techniques are suggested, in order to
run projects in those operative contests (PVS). At the end,
the author introduces a focal topic: the introduction of
PM courses for local managers, in order to increase the
local development and to improve the relation between
them and Western colleagues.
