Mercoledì 16 Maggio ore 19.10 presso l'Executive Lounge (Fiat Open Lounge) Via Tocqueville, 3 - Milano (Zona Corso Como)   L'incontro-dibattito dal titolo: "Leadership techniques on project management: Coaching versus Mentoring, when to apply each one of these?"   Vedrà come ospite della serata: Carla Ferreira, Trainer and Project Management Consultant.   "This workshop will be about two different leadership techniques on Project Management: Coaching and Mentoring. Coaching is about to give the right tools to your team and let them be the developers of themselves. Mentoring is about to say your team members what to do, and show them by example. In this workshop there will be presented real life examples of both techniques, and the audience will be invited to share experiences and explore situations in which this two techniques can be applied".   Il dibattito si terrà in lingua inglese con possibilità di traduzione se necessario. L'aperitivo è aperto a tutti, per cui diffondete l'invito ad amici, colleghi o quanti possano essere interessati. Al termine del dibattito ci sarà il consueto Happy Hour.
